PERSONAL / COMMERCIAL / EXCLUSIVE USE
By default, the art you commission from me grants you personal use only. This includes personal character galleries, profile pictures on your personal social media accounts, use on personal devices (phone bg for example). You may post the commissioned artwork on your own social media, WITH CREDITS.
For commercial use (selling stickers, prints, apparel, using in promotional content (including professional streaming), fees apply depending on the intended use.
For exclusive use, i.e me not being able to post the artwork on my pages, please contact me. Fees will apply.

EDITING OF COMMISSIONED ARTWORK
You may not reuse or edit the commissioned artwork with the purpose of claiming it as your own. You may, however, use it in graphics such as fic cover, twitch overlay, profile picture, as long as you credit me, and according the the use previously agreed upon with me (personal/commercial).

GOODS PURCHASED
The artwork you commission from me will be digital only. No physical goods will be sent. You may print the artwork (according to the use negotiated with me) yourself. You may ask for a CMYK version of your artwork, but I will work in RGB first and by default.

AI, NFTS
You may not feed the commissioned artwork your receive from me into a genAI model. You may not make and/or resell the commissioned artwork as an NFT, ever, and on any platform.

PRIORITY, DEADLINES, POST AFTER [DATE]
You may ask for the commissioned artwork to be finished/posted for or before/after a set date. In that case, please specify it beforehand. Priority fees may apply.

REFUND POLICY
I do not offer refunds.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You may cancel your commission only before payment has been sent.

ANONYMITY
You may request to be @ tagged, @/ tagged (breaking the link to a tag while still displaying your username) or simply remain anonymous or unmentionned when I post the commissioned artwork on my social media pages/website.

ARTIST'S RESERVATIONS
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media pages/website, and potentially use the commissioned artwork to advertise future commissions, unless exclusive use has been agreed on with the client (fees apply).
